Developer Arch
The developer arch is favoured by many house builders as they are quick and cost effective to install whilst retaining the look of the more traditional flat arch.
Traditional Flat Gauged Arch
In this arch each brick is different as they radiate to a central striking point. By prefabricating this arch the cost savings are huge compared with the traditional on-site hand crafted method. Prefabricating also guarantees the precision of the arch.
Prefabricated Curved Arches
There are many possible variations on the format of a curved arch. Some of the more popular arch shapes are shown below. Consistency and accuracy of size and shape of Premier arches will speed installation on site and vastly improve kerb appeal.
Precise cutting of the arch bricks ensures a parallel joint is achieved. One of the benefits of this method of prefabrication is that the face joint thickness can, if required, be substantially thinner than what could be achieved on site. This gives the look of a prestige handmade gauged arch.

Arch Sets
Arch sets are supplied as individual cut bricks which are then built in the conventional way. All of our arch cutting operatives are highly trained to ensure the highest degree of accuracy is achieved.
We calculate the number of bricks required to produce this arch and also the taper on each brick to ensure parallel mortar joints are achieved. Computer generated templates are then used for the cutting of each brick within each arch.
